1. About Radr
Radr is a social planning app that allows users to schedule, share, message, and coordinate workouts and movement activities with friends. Radr does not host, organize, or supervise physical activities. Users are solely responsible for deciding which activities they attend and for their own safety while participating.
By accessing or using Radr (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Radr. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are using Radr on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Keep your account secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. How Radr Works
Radr allows users to:
- Create and schedule personal workouts or movement plans
- Share plans with friends or selected users
- Message other users directly
- Participate in group chats related to shared activities
- Optionally share location information to coordinate movement
Radr is a coordination and planning tool only. We do not verify, supervise, or control the activities that users plan or attend.
5. User Responsibilities & Safety
You are solely responsible for:
- Deciding which activities to attend
- Assessing your physical readiness and health
- Evaluating the safety of any location or meetup
- Interacting responsibly with other users
Radr does not provide fitness, medical, or safety advice. Participation in any activity is at your own risk.
If you choose to meet another user in person, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.
6. Messaging & Group Chats
Radr may allow users to communicate through direct messages and group chats. By using these features, you agree:
- Not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Not to send spam or unsolicited promotions
- Not to share harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
We reserve the right to monitor, review, or remove messages where required to enforce these Terms or comply with legal obligations.
7. Location Sharing & Map Features
Radr may offer features that allow you to share your location or view the location of others to help coordinate activities.
Location sharing is optional and controlled by you. You understand that:
- Sharing location may allow other users to see your approximate real-time or scheduled activity location
- You can disable location sharing at any time in your device or app settings
You are responsible for how and when you choose to share your location.
8. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you create or share on Radr, including:
- Workout plans
- Messages and chats
- Profile information
- Photos or descriptions
By posting content, you grant Radr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Platform for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you share.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Radr for illegal or harmful activities
- Harass, stalk, or threaten other users
- Share misleading or dangerous activity plans
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
10. No Supervision of Activities
Radr does not organize, supervise, or control any workouts, meetups, or movement activities listed on the Platform. All activities are user-generated and informal unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Radr is not responsible for:
- The safety, quality, or legality of any activity
- The conduct of other users
- Any injuries or incidents that occur during activities
You acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks.
11. Future Paid Features
Certain features of Radr may become paid or subscription-based in the future. If this occurs, we will clearly communicate pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies within the app.
Your continued use of any paid feature will be subject to the applicable payment terms presented at that time.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Radr Platform, including design, branding, logos, and software, are owned by Radr or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Radr if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in harmful or abusive behavior
- Use the Platform in a way that poses risk to others or to the integrity of the service
You may stop using Radr at any time by deleting your account.
14. Disclaimers
Radr is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We make no warranties regarding:
- The reliability of user-generated plans
- The behavior of other users
- The outcomes of any activity planned through the Platform
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radr and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your participation in any activity
- Interactions with other users
- Use of or inability to use the Platform
Your use of Radr is at your own risk.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users within the app or by other appropriate means.
Your continued use of Radr after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
